At Zuma Health we have some terms and policies in place for you that you can read below to ensure we are all on the same page. Please be aware that from time to time these terms and policies may be updated, please return to this page to stay up to date.

Zuma Health Cancellation Policy

Your time is precious and so is ours...

We ask all service users to be accountable for appointments that they make and to give as much notice as possible so someone in need might make use of an unneeded time slot.

Cancellations:

  • All cancellations require a minimum of 1 full business days notice to avoid incurring a fee.

  • Cancelling with less notice than 1 full business days notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee payable prior to attending the next appointment.

  • If a genuine unexpected emergency has prevented you from giving the required notice the fee may be waived at the clinics discretion.

  • If you have special circumstances (e.g on call emergency worker) that regularly prevents you from being reliable and/or punctual you must discuss your options with the clinic prior to commencement of care.

Lateness:

  • If you are running late for your appointment please let us know at your earliest ability so we can adjust the schedule accordingly and minimise others being inconvenienced.

  • If we are running late and it is impacting you, please let us know your needs so we can do our best to accomodate you.


Zuma Health Privacy Policy

At Zuma Health we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect about you helps us to get to know you and your individual needs so we can look after you better. We may use this information to personalise your experience when you visit us but we NEVER sell this information to any other party.

Marketing information we may collect and what it's used for:

When you are entered into our system automatically integrates with our mailing list. If you do not want to receive newsletters and such, hit unsubscribe at the bottom of such emails. Our Mailing List keeps the following information:

  • Name and email - This is used to address you by name and send occasional emails.

We do not sell, publish or give away information to any other party that can be directly associated with you.

Sometimes, we will seek your authority to give your information to direct debit or payment partners if selected by you.

Please be aware that by law we may be forced to disclose information to the government under certain circumstances. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to disclose information to law enforcement or other government officials if it is demanded in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.

Use of cookies:

Our website uses standard cookies to store your preferences and record past activity. This means we can provide better service to you (ie: remember you in forms etc). A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any information about you. Free Spinal Health Check Terms and Conditions

The chiropractors at Zuma Health offer a no obligation, free spinal health check to assess your spinal health. Below are are the terms and conditions of this appointment type:

Terms and Conditions:

  • The free spinal health check needs to be booked in during normal clinic times.

  • The appointment booked must be referred to as a free spinal health check to distinguish it from an Initial Consult.

  • This is an assessment only and does not include any treatment.

  • It does not replace the need for an Initial Consult visit. Should a patient choose to initiate care following the free spinal assessment they will need to book in an Initial Consult additionally to this appointment type.

  • Other forms of treatment may also be recommended if the assessment indicates other treatments (both in house and external referrals) may be beneficial.

  • The term Free means exactly that. Our Free spinal health check cost $0 and is not a discount or promotional service.
